Healthy brownies

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa paste

1/3 cup coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable milk (we used coconut milk)
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sweetener (erythritol, coconut sugar or monk fruit)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
Toppings
50g of walnuts in pieces
50g of 70% cocoa chocolate

Procedure:
Dissolve the cocoa paste in the coconut oil over low heat, pour the mixture into a bowl and add the egg, milk, sweetener of your choice and mix.

Stir in the almond flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until well combined. Place in a mould and bake for 10 minutes at 230°C or microwave for 3 minutes.
