EL GRANELERO offers its customers a satisfaction guarantee. If the product received is not correct or arrives in poor condition (beaten, broken security seals), the product can be returned as long as it complies with the conditions of this policy. The client must prove the purchase and payment of the good. You must have your order folio (if you have purchased it through elgranelero.com) and purchase receipt for any request. In no case can returns be generated in the following scenarios and/or items: Items handled, assembled, modified, or customized by the client

When the quantity of the product is not complete

When the product is not in its original packaging

when the error arises from any omission or error in the order on the part of the customer

Return of merchandise applies only when the product the customer receives is not the correct one or arrives in poor condition, as long as it has not been used or consumed and has been kept in the original state in which it was delivered.

The customer has a maximum time of 24 hours to generate returns for perishable products, 3 days for Personal Care items and the calendar month of purchase for General Merchandise items. (Example: if the ticket is dated May 10, you have until May 31 to make the return).

The customer must send an email to contacto@elgranelero.com attaching the following requirements: You must provide the requested information, such as: date of purchase, amount charged, purchase receipt, description of the item to be returned, cause or reason for the return and others that could be considered important. Once the return folio has been generated, the customer must send a photo or video with evidence of what was described in the previous email. After inspection and verdict by EL GRANELERO staff, a DISCOUNT CODE will be generated with the amount corresponding to the return. The client will have a maximum period of 30 days to use it. If the client omits the provisions of this policy, its return will be inadmissible.
