Rosemary

Rosemary is an aromatic herb native to southern Europe and northern Africa. It can be consumed both fresh and dehydrated, a state in which it keeps well for a long time.
Properties / Benefits.
Internal use: chronic difficult digestion (dyspepsia), abdominal cramps, liver diseases; Menstrual disorders.
External use: skin conditions; rheumatic and muscle pain
Applications.
Rosemary adds excellent flavor to poultry, meats, oils and vegetables. It should be used in moderation as the stew can be infused with a powerful aroma.
