Coriander (Coriandrum sativum), also called coriander or Chinese parsley, is an annual plant of the Umbelliferae family (Apiaceae). Its origin is not completely known but it is usually located in southeastern Europe, the Middle East and northern Africa. The Romans took it to western Europe and it was one of the first plants to travel from Europe to the American continent.
Properties / Benefits.
Coriander seeds are good allies for immune health. They have antioxidant, antibacterial, anthelmintic and antimicrobial qualities. All of them contribute to the prevention of diseases of various types.
