Mustard seed

The mustard seed is one of the most used condiments in cooking, it comes from a plant called “Synapse”, there are around 40 mustard spices and condiments, which are distinguished by their spicy aroma and flavor that give it a touch of flavor to different stews or dishes.
Properties / Benefits.
They concentrate a significant amount of mucilage, compounds that improve intestinal movement to relieve constipation. They are usually used as a substitute for some conventional laxatives, since they are gentler on the stomach and do not affect the intestinal flora.
