Wheat

Wheat is a very versatile food, although we must take into account that it contains gluten.

Applications.

Cooked (whole) wheat can be served as a side dish, just as we do with brown rice. It is also delicious if we sauté it with some vegetables, in the form of risotto , in vegan burgers or cold and in a salad.
